You sit at the intersection of BlueMachines' platform capabilities and the client's business reality.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a typical engineering role. It's not a typical consulting role. It's a unique intersection of skills that didn't exist 2 years ago.

You are a Forward Deployed Engineer— working directly with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade voice AI agents.

You'll operate at the bleeding edge of agentic AI, orchestrating LLMs, voice systems, and enterprise workflows to deliver measurable business outcomes. Every agent you build will handle thousands of real conversations, drive revenue, reduce costs, or improve customer experience.

This isn't about writing code in a vacuum. It's about understanding business problems, designing intelligent solutions, implementing them on the BlueMachines platform, and iterating based on real-world data.

How Delivery Works

The Delivery Pod Model

Every client engagement is run by a Delivery Pod—a small, high-leverage team designed for speed and quality.

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

You. The primary owner of the client relationship and technical delivery. You design conversation flows, write prompts, configure integrations, analyze performance, and iterate until the agent delivers measurable outcomes.

Solutions Architect / Integration Engineer

Shared across pods

Handles complex technical integrations—CRM connectors, API configurations, data pipelines, telephony setup. You work closely with them when the integration scope is significant.

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Manages the commercial relationship, contract renewals, expansion opportunities, and executive communication. Your partner in ensuring long-term client success.
